She levies heavy taxes pursuing taxes and is very harsh on criminals on flimsy evidence, and she turns a deaf ear to complaints about her soldiers stealing and raping. It almost goes without saying that she is also really condescending to her servants and lower class in general.

She doesn't actually lift a finger on military endeavors and delegates everything to her marshal, a Fang Warrior of a Bloodline with great ambition and his results matter above all attitude is why the soldiers have a bad reputation.

Usually Count consorts manage the books and whatnot, ESPECIALLY if they are Kovenoths, but Kenia reputedly doesn't let her husband do any real work. She handles the books herself and mostly collects very ambitious Bloodline sorcerers to appoint to court positions.
