gnome's bane poison
Gnome's bane is a synthetic poison created by the essence of rare plants combined and given specific alchemical treatments. It's a deadly poison to everyone, but it is noteworthy that this is odorless and tasteless to gnomes but is not odorless and tasteless to anyone else though it is not especially strong tasting and can be hidden in well spiced foods or heavy wines.

It is a clear liquid with an odor vaguely reminiscient of modern gasoline (to non-gnomes at least).
The fact that this is odorless and tasteless to gnomes and only gnomes is truly unique as gnomes generally have superior olfactory senses than humans, elves, and dwarves.
