Kasanje Book 1

In the city of Forrest Hills, a health crisis deepens social divisions as corrupt leaders exploit the masses for their own benefit. The timing couldn't have been worse for Kasanje, a talented but lonely immigrant, starting his life over in the city after studying abroad in Japan. He had wanted to realise his dream as a music composer before life in the city ground to a halt. Forces pull him in all directions to help people find a way out of the crisis, and responsibilities from his past demand to be faced. Can he be the one everyone can rely on? Is there a hero in him begging to be let loose? Either way, that hero needs to be found in time before the city is consumed by the greed of a few.
