Finding Political Allies
Finding people likely to be sympathetic to your views requires Perception + Politics rolls. Befriending them takes Charisma + Empathy rolls. Difficulty varies based on how outside the norm your political views are and how initially well-disposed people are to your character.
High level politics often involve high level bribery and the bribes in question are not always monetary in nature. This can raise or lower the difficulty of your rolls situationally.
