Hiding Corpses

Generally this is the province of murderers and villains but more than a few “noble” adventurers need to kill a few orcs or goblins without tipping off the others. The roll is Intelligence + Subterfuge and the difficulty varies based on the availability of good hiding spaces. Difficulty ranges for 4 for hiding bodies in the wilderness to 8 for hiding bodies in a crowded city.   One success means the body won’t be found immediately but is unlikely to stay hidden forever. Three successes means the body likely won’t be found unless an organized search is made. Five successes means a body will probably never be found regardless of how thorough the searchers are.
