Psychological Tricks in Combat

Sometimes it helps to get inside an opponents head in combat. Effects vary such that codifying them would near impossible. Good role playing, the Rule of Cool, and successes rolled should form a loose guide for game masters dictating the results of player characters using taunts or tricks.     Taunt the enemy into making a mistake: Manipulation + Expression     Bluff the enemy into fearing you: Manipulation + Intimidation, or Strength + Intimidation     Appear weak to invite a reckless attack: Manipulation + Performance     Issue a compelling challenge: Appearance + Expression/Performance     Annoy an opponent to harm their concentration: Wits + Performance     Distract someone with a feint: Manipulation + Melee (or Brawl)
