Sontar was a half-elf slave in Kahdisteria primarily working as a go-fer (go for this, go for that) for various low and midlevel dark elf military personnel. Eventually he managed to escape and cross the East Colassian Mountains and nearly died but fortunately he was found by a sympathetic Confederate ranger who was specifically on the look out for runaway slaves to help.
Sontar joined the Mineraland military and got some basic training. Life as a soldier in the Colassian Confederacy was a definite improvement over being a slave, but not everyone in the Confederacy fully trusted and accepted half-elves and it was uncomfortable having the army of Kahdisteria so near. Once Sontar saved up enough coin, he bought passage away from East Colassia and eventually found his way to the Border Baronies where he has been scraping by an adventurer and sell sword (sell axe).

Sontar normally fights with his battle axe and a shield. He carries a heavy crossbow, arming sword, and dagger too as back up weapons.
Battle Axe, difficulty 7 to attack, difficulty 8 to parry with (though nothing stops Sontar from using his shield to parry at a much lower difficulty). 9 dice base damage.
Arming Sword, difficulty 6 to attack or parry with, 6 dice of base damage.
Dagger, difficulty 6 to attack, 7 to parry with, 5 dice of base damage.
Heavy Crossbow, difficulty 6 to shoot. 6 dice of damage. effective range of 100 yards, maximum range of 200 yards. It takes a full round to reload, or two rounds if Sontar wants to load while dodging and moving.
He typically wears medium armor, composite metal and leather, which provides fives soak dice, and carries a +2 penalty to Fatigue checks.

2 Healing Potions, each potion will heal three levels of damage. The potion must be consumed all at once, the three levels of healing cannot be split up. (worth 65 gold each)
