Toregarth is the Clan Elder of the Greystone dwarf clan, meaning he is the family patriarch.
The Greystones are essentially an impoverished noble family with a prestigious family name. While not exactly copper-less, they have social expectations to present themselves at a level they cannot afford.
Toregarth's controversial plan is to have the family participate in more mercantile interests and engage directly in commerce and trade. To aid this endeavor he has encouraged his family to greater Phidas worship than was customary for them.
