Astral Anomally Detection Scratch
Sense Planar Anomaly: The caster can mystically sense fae gateways, magic fonts, spirits, Void Demons, and elementals for a scene. Some creatures or phenomena are capable of hiding their presence from magical senses in which cases an opposed roll against the caster is made.
Some extra planar anomalies are so blatant, no spell is required to detect them, but the spell can still analyze them. Difficulty to analyze really obvious planar anomallies are at -1 difficulty. Perception Persistent

Void detection
Note, undead radiate Void energies even if they have no affiliation or direct connection to minions of the Void. Ghosts radiate Void energies but much fainter than other entities.
One Success: "I sense energy of another plane"
Two Successes: "I sense fae energy"
Three Successes: Identify a person, place or thing as a Fair Folk, Sprite, Faerie Gateway, active spell, or capital "R" Remnant. Note that identifying a Faerie Gateway is not the same as learning the proper way to open a Faerie Gateway.
Four Successes: Detect lingering spell auras or small "r" remnants.
Five+ Successes: Get a vague idea of the powers or elemental leaning of various fae creatures or phenomenon.

Spirit Detection
One Success: "I sense energy of another plane"
Two Successes: "I sense Void energy"
Three Successes: Identify Void Demons, undead, or Void spawned mutations. Detect ghosts nearby but not their specific location.
Four Successes: Identify Void based magics or psionics or tainted objects and places. Identify the location of ghosts.
Five+ Successes: Get a vague idea of the powers or elemental leaning of various Void creatures or phenomenon.

Elemental Detection
One Success: "I sense energy of another plane"
Two Successes: "I sense spirit energy"
Three Successes: Identify the divine affiliation of manifested spirits. Detect the lingering aura of spirit magic.
Four Successes: Gage the relative health and power level of manifested spirits. Identify the divien origin of lingering auras and spirit magic. Identify theurgists as theurgists.
Five+ Successes: Get a vague idea of the powers of a manifested spirit. Identify the divine affiliation of a theurgist.

One Success: "I sense elemental energy nearby of sort."
Two Successes: "I sense elemental energy of the _______ element(s)."
Three Successes: Gage if a elemental if an elemental is injured or not, and if the elemental has a master or is roving free. The caster can pinpoint a nearby magic font.
Four Successes: If an elemental has a master, the caster can see a mystical tether connecting the elemental to the master. If an elemental is free roaming, the caster can roughly estimate how long it will take to dissipate on it's own.
Five+ Successes: If an elemental is being controlled, the caster knows exactly what they were ordered to do. If an elemental is free roaming, the caster has a vague idea of what the elemental "wants". If a magic font is within a mile, the caster can detect this. If there is a pool of magical energy that might spawn an elemental in the next twelve hours, the caster can detect this.
