Evan is one of the youngest spirit loas in the group rescued by Kormatin and his companions from a Selwyth prison camp.

Personal history
Evan was an orphan who got a lunar apprenticeship as a blacksmith in Stagdrift Hills County and a surrogate father.
Kormatin offered helping him find a new blacksmith mentor in Fumaya, but he politely declined preferring to stay with the other The Stagdrift spirit loas.
He is currently recuperating in the Tapukeah Gedalia Mera Bishopric
