Father Piotr
Father Piotr is the head of the Fumayan Guardians in the Duchy of Frymar and one of the few Elders that was not recently reassigned.
Father Piotr is not a theurgist but he is very skilled in many things, especially combat, wilderness survival, carpentry, engineering, and theology. He is a triple Adept.
Since the Duchy of Frymar doesn't have a large population of strong Hallisan sympathizers due to the influence of Masks and Stewards here, the Fumayan Guardians use the Chapel as a base for advanced training.
Since Piotr is good at many things, he is good at teaching many things though the primary focus on his training his usually wilderness survival.

Piotr is a bit taller and long of limb than one normally sees but he is otherwise an archetypal earthy human.

Personal history
Piotr was a common born Fumayan son of farmers born in Duchy of Wiern and oblated to the Fumayan Guardians.
He was rotated through pretty much every Chapel in Fumaya giving him a broad eduction. Eventually he was recognized fro his skills and promoted to Elder.
Sexuality
He married a clerically focused priestess of Hallisan. They have three children.
His wife is also his vice elder and helps him with the administrative/clerical side of the Chapel.
