Alexndra Frymar is coordinating the defense of Fumaya's border with Swynfaredia and is essentially the mission briefer for Kormatin's spy hunts.

Alexandra Frymar is the older sister of Duke Nanda Frymar.  The two do not get along well.
 
Alexandra joined the Guardians as much to distance herself from her brother as was out piety though she is genuinely pious and is a potent theurgist and is a natural leader.  She quickly rose to the rank of Revered Mother and is the highest ranking Guardian in Fumaya.
 
She is coordinating the defense against the increasingly likely potential Swynfaredian invasion of Fumaya.
