This is a Cursed Item
(Unless the Tie already has a host): Upon witnessing The 'Colourful' Tie you must make a WIS (DC15/Medium) saving throw to resist The Awful Tie.
On Success you recognise it as The Ugliest Tie In Existence, so horrid it must be cursed, so terrible that history will make note it's nature.
On a Failure, It is The Most Beautiful Tie You Have Ever Witnessed. You simply must take it. No, I insist. Take the Tie. You are now The God-forsaken Tie's Host.
This Accursed Abomination of a Tie speaks to those under it's thrall. Quite literally.
It will frequently chime in with self aggrandising and self degrading comments directed towards itself. On Failed rolls it will console the wearer, whilst it will also cheer them on when they Succeed a roll.
It will also frequently create convoluted Hair-Brained Schemes (that might actually work), order things to be done without explanation, give a running commentary.
It believes it's name to be "Dean". God help us all...
The Horrid Tie can be worn atop of any outfit, armour or similar article of clothing, whether physically practical or possible; with it's (+2) AC score being added on top of any already existing AC Score. (i.e an AC of 12 would become an AC of 14 when The Detestable Tie is worn.)
No matter what The Disgusting Tie is worn with, it will catastrophically contrast with anything and everything it is paired with. It is so garish, abhorrent and evil, that it will also give a (-4) Charisma Modifier to all relevant rolls when worn.
This modifier extends to all Charisma skills as well (e.g Deception, Persuasion, etc).
When enchanted by The Garish Tie, you become unable to be divorced of it.
If anyone attempts to physically remove it from you or destroy it, You MUST fight them for it. If another creature tries to remove The 'Interesting' Tie from around your neck, they must make a (DC15/Medium) STR check.
You, of course, may remove The Ridiculous Tie from your current outfit at will (but not your person).
If the owner does not wear The Extremely Un-Sexy Tie for a period of 2 hours they will begin to experience withdrawals and must make a (DC10) WIS save each hour to avoid placing The Pockered Tie on their neck automatically. After 8 Hours of not wearing The Monstrous Tie, they will find it upon their neck anyway.
If the (DC10) WIS save is failed, or the 8 Hour period lapses & It returns to It's Host's neck; the Host must wear The Stupid Tie for at least 3 Hours before they can remove it.
When The Sinful Tie is worn, the Wearer creates an Aura of sheer distracting Ugliness & Pride.
Any Creature not aligned with the Wearer must make a (DC14/Easy+4) WIS Save upon sighting them.
On Success: The Creature appreciates your Tie without it's consent.
On Failure: The Creature becomes filled with such a 'Jelousy' for The Ghastly Tie, that they focus all their attention on you & attacking your Tie for 1 Minute, or until they are shaken from thier Fury by an Ally.
"-well, to remove a parasitic, clingy, cursed, or living article (The Unsightly Tie) of clothing; it's best recommended to seize it (The Loathsome Tie) from the Wearer during a period when they are not wearing it (The Sickening Tie). Then, and this is the key part, without their Knowledge, dunk the item (The Fucking Revolting Tie) in a solution of Turpentine for 2-3 Hours before burning it."

Note: Attempting to break the Host's thrall can have a positive effect over a long period of time, leading to a more gentle way of neutralizing The Nauseating Tie.
This is a Cursed Item
The Vile Tie is a Swirl of Chaos and Colours that would negatively contrast with Any and Every every item you could possibly wear it with, even something seemingly complimentary will contrast negatively with The Appaling Tie. It is so overly long & distracting as to get in the way of whatever you may be attempting to do, whether it be lifting something heavy or trying to cast a spell. It is an Abomination against every God to ever exist in any place, time or fantasy.
You understand why it needs to be burned.
In terms of personality, The Odious Tie has an overall nervous, twitchy, excited, loud, air-headed and emotionally frought personality. Overall, it's a bit annoying.
It is a: Lappelons IC Men's Fashion model "Colourful Tie", originating from Catalogue no. F134 (page 13, paragraph 3 & picture 2).
"Why would anyone, even a Blind & Insane person, buy this? Let alone wear it!"
