Count Kynan ap Gruffyl
Count Kynan Gruffyl was one of the influential scions of the Gruffyl line, establishing control over Turquoise Hills County and establishing the informal policy of viewing bastards as a useful tool. He was also one of the longest lived Gruffyl dragon bloods recorded.
He is also reputed to be the architect of Gruffyl's plan to crack the code of sorcerer zodiac-based eugenics. He reputedly had at least ten bastard children, but he only claimed the two sorcerers and the sorceress.
