Bios of 23 Spirit Loas

All 23 Spirit Loas are human, 22 are Swynfaredian and one is a Borderlander     1-Cambrie, traveling musician that has seen most of Swynfaredia. He is very irked that the Selwyths threw away or sold his beloved fiddle. In his early thirties. He is also one of the best fighters. He is more assertive and less socially awkward than the others loas. Essentially the most PC like.   Seems mentally stable and physically able. Is well-armed. If anything, he might too enthusiastic about carrying weapons.       2-Dyleth, mousey wall-flower mid twenties. Former lady-in-waiting for the Gorisonads until Lady Raewen ap Selwyth bumped into her by accident and thought "I could use a lady-in-waiting while I'm enacting my evil loa related scheme" and did some horse-trading to get her.   With her wallflower powers of metaphorical invisibility, Dyleth overheard some useful tidbits and might be able to help Kormatin against the Gorisonads later.   Not the strongest, physically and is a very shy and nervous, but seems mentally stable. Carries a small weapon.       3-Morgan, early forties. Peasant farmer working on non-Selwyth lands, barely tolerated by his family because he was both a loa and a leafer. Bumped into Sir Broderick by chance. Broderick briefly played along "I'm a gay loa too!" long enough to kidnap him.   A bit sullen but seems mentally stable. Is physically capable and is well-armed.       4-Macsen, late teens. Peasant farmer from County of Emberhold. He wants to go back home ,but realizes since he is from Emberhold, his chances of being captured again are really high, so he is reluctantly dealing with the fact that he probably can't go home.. He is one of the better fighters.   Physically capable but a little nervous and jumpy. Is armed but is not completely at ease with carrying weapons.       5-Gwen, tween. Daughter of a butcher from Klarica. Wants to go home but is super terrified of the Selwyths now. She is a five-dot loa.   She is not cationic or invalid, but she is not in the greatest physical and mental conditions. She only seems confident when channeling her loa abilities.       6-Kynan, mid-twenties. Miner from Stagdrift Hills. Not happy with the situation, but figures he can start over at a Fumayan mine. He is armed.   Seems physically strong and mentally stable. He is the biggest in the group in terms of raw muscle though he is not the most aggressive or skilled fighter.       7-Evan, tween. Orphan who got a lunar apprentice with a nice blacksmith from Stagdrift Hills who is his surrogate father. Would like to go back home if possible.   Seems physically capable and mentally stable though he is often visibly nervous, though he doesn't want to fight. He reluctantly carries a small weapon.       8-Addian, late teens. Tanner's daughter from Klarica betrothed to a journeyman cooper and is bummed that her fiancĂ© probably thinks she's dead and is likely marrying someone else.   Seems physically capable and mentally stable but comes across as very flat and emotionless when talking. Maybe channeling a bit of the modern Goth girl stereotype. Well-armed and one of the more skilled fighters in the group if the not the strongest.     9-Ebril, early twenties. Son of farmers from County of Selwyth, cast out from his family for his loa condition and quickly offered work on the Countess Colwyn personal farm...what luck! He is very eager to renounce all things Swynfaredian and become a Booter.   Physically capable, well armed and strong. Mostly stable but is very vengeance focused against the Selwyths and glares at the captured Talon Warriors a lot.       10-Bethwyn, mid twenties. Daughter of farmers from County of Selwyth. Was told that House Selwyth was looking for loas but she was mislead into thinking into being a cushy job, and her parents were paid a fair bit of silver too. Though it's not as evil as her parents selling, they thought she was moving up in the world. Her control over her loa powers is well above average. She actually grew up in a family that took ancestor worship seriously, so her parents were happy to have a loa in the family rather than scared of it. She loves her family but hates and fears the Selwyths.   Physically capable if not physically exceptional. Reluctantly is lightly armed. Seems mentally balanced, not moody but not robotic either.     11-Gerallt. Midtwenties. Leadsmith from Klarica. No real family ties and certainly no love for Swynfaredia. He is planning to change his name to a Fumayan name after finding out about Lord Gerallt ap Selwyth.   Physically strong, well armed and reasonably competant fighter. A little moody but seems mostly stable.     12-Owain, tween. Apprentice rope maker from Stagdrift Hills. He wants to go home quite badly and is not really listening to the danger that choice would present.   Physically in okay shop, he is one of the least mentally stable demonstrating bursts of depression and anger.       13-Early twenties. Lunet. Traveling fortune teller and medium for hire. Essentially a professional loa. Has a creepy raspy voice befitting a much older woman. She really hates the dragonbloods now. She is one of the more potent loas.   Is only in average physical shape at best, but is very interested in weapons. She has a creepy intense stare and leers at the captured Talon Warriors a lot.       14-Garnan, mid teens. Miner from Stagdrift Hills, son of miners and grandson of miners. Wants to go back home but realizes that is not practical.   Physically strong and mentally capable. He is supposedly one of the better fighters based on his past training, but he only took a basic weapon and volunteered to carry extra gear, clearly wanting to avoid combat.     15-Aderyn, late teens. Farmers daughter from Stagdrift Hills. Wants to go back home but realizes that is not practical. A bit of a tomboy.   She is one of the better female fighters and seems both physically strong and mentally well.       16-Laurel, early twenties. Prostitute from Stagdrift Hills. Feels betrayed by the Selwyths for offering a better life and it was all a scam. More depressed than angry about her situation.   She is sullen but seems rational.       17-Nesta, mid-twenties. Farmhand from Klarica, no family to speak of. Hopes to start over in Fumaya. One of the most socially awkward and off-putting of all the loas.   He seems physically strong. Like Garnan he wants to avoid combat but quietly volunteers to do physical labor easily.       18-Ragle, early thirties. Farmer fromCounty of Selwyth. He was one of the very first loa recruits and they actually treated him nicely for a couple years before they set up their prison camp. Feels very betrayed but is more depressed than angry.   Gloomy but seems mentally stable. Is fully armed and willing but not eager to fight.       19-Seren, early forties. Midwife and apothecary from Klarica. Happy to sever ties with Swynfaredia, but is surprisingly mellow and non-bitter about everything.   Seems almost too mentally stable, as if escaping from a horrific prison camp is routine. Physically not in great shape mostly due to her age, but she is not invalid or anything like that.       20-Mervyn, mid forties. The oldest loa of the bunch. Miner from Stagdrift Hills County. Wants to go home to his family, though his kids are adults or practically adults, so they can probably make due without him.   Seems moody but pyschologically stable. Seems strong and spry for an old guy, but is not eager to fight only carrying a basic weapons for self-defense..       21-Euros, early twenties. "Special" Attendant at the County of Alasend. It's not the biggest scandal, but he can name a few Dragonbloods that are closet leafers. More importantly, he might be able to provide Kormatin information to help break into resort palace.   One of his high end clients was apparently disgusted that Euros was a spirit loa and insisted he be ousted from the palace. Euros is not happy about this and other people had no problem with him being a loa (some thought it was kinky).   Reasonably physically capable and is fully armed. Seems mentally stable if shy.       22-Nia, midteens. Miner's daughter from Stagdrift Hills. Would like to go back home (mostly for her boyfriend), but realizes that is not especially practical.   Seems okay. Shaken but not mentally unwell. Not the strongest but no weakling. Not eager to fight but carries a small weapon.     23-Lorna, mid-twenties. Reagent forager from the Borderlands. She was abducted while trying to sell reagents to Lady Raewen ap Selwyth, (and Raewen stole her reagents too!). Has good wilderness skills and decent combat skills.   Is physically very capable and is both a capable fighter and has a lot of useful wilderness skills. She has not expressed interest in harassing the captured Talon Warriors but seems very eager to get vengeance on House Selwyth.
